H-BEAM Welding Machine

H Beam Welding Machine is used to convert or fabricate H Beams from individual Plates. As the whole welding is done in H – configuration. It is so called H Beam Fabrication Line.The Pre Cut Flanges and Web Plates are put into the inlet conveyor for subsequent Beam Fabrication procedures. The plates are fed into the "H Beam Tack welding station" for single point entry level tacking to establish a H configuration between the two flanges and the web. How to Fabricate H Beams from Plate

H Beams can be made using precut long plates known as Flange Plates and Web Plates. These needed flange and web plates are precut from standard available steel plates of industrial stock sizes using shearing or the Plasma / Oxy Fuel Cutting method.
