In this role, he is focused on accelerating Weldarc’s inorganic growth by leveraging acquisitions, partnerships and alliances to build differentiated service lines and support strategic growth.Shahnawaz Mansoori had overall responsibility for the group that helps the company develop and execute its strategy by evaluating and pursuing internal and external investments, including organic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and divestitures.He is a man of focus, will and creative ideas.His positive personality, his enthusiasm for the product, and his ability to mesh well with others has genuinely contributed to our company culture.
AFZAL MANSOORI

Afzal Mansoori was appointed as Weldarc's Chief Executive Officer in 2011 after serving as Chief Operating Officer.He is very kind hearted and focused towards the work. He is a strategic thinker and can change your ideas into reality.He counsels and collaborates with large global corporations, helping them drive change in their companies to improve their competitiveness.He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture.
ASIF MANSOORI

He joined Weldarc in September 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and chief marketing officer. In this role, he is leading the global marketing function with a focus on further strengthening the company’s marketing strategy and brand awareness to drive growth.he brings to Weldarc years of marketing, branding, and communications expertise.
He oversaw global marketing communications strategy for the platform, leading a global, integrated marketing team in creating and executing strategies that drove demand for services and awareness for the firm’s brand.
Shahbaz Mansoori
--Chief Operating Officer
He joined Weldarc in 2016 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth in laser cutting technology. With strong expertise in fiber laser systems, laser heads, and precision engineering, he has played a key role in developing, commissioning, and optimizing high-performance laser cutting machines. Over the years, his technical leadership and problem-solving approach helped enhance machine accuracy, cutting quality, and system reliability.
As the head of the laser division, he oversees technology development, quality standards, and continuous process improvement, ensuring Weldarc delivers robust, efficient, and future-ready laser solutions to its customers.
Amir Mansoori
He leads the Welding Automation Department at Weldarc, bringing extensive experience in automated welding systems and industrial automation. He is responsible for designing, executing, and managing customised welding automation projects across multiple industries. His role includes system integration, process optimisation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, he works closely with customers to deliver reliable, scalable, and productivity-driven solutions. Under his leadership, the department continues to advance automation capabilities, helping clients improve consistency, reduce manual dependency, and achieve long-term operational excellence.
