WT Series : Laser Pipe Cutting Machine

• Designed for precision and productivity, this advanced laser pipe cutting machine handles round pipes up to 200 mm and square pipes up to 150 x 150 mm with a maximum cutting length of 6000 mm. Equipped with a pneumatic chuck & clamping system.
• Powered by FUJI/YASKAWA (Japan) servo motors & drivers, along with HIWIN/PMI linear guides (Taiwan), Shimpo planetary gearbox (Japan), and YYC helical rack & pinion (Taiwan), the machine guarantees smooth motion, stability, and long service life. The automatic centralized lubrication, drag chain, and stainless steel bellow covers provide reliability and low maintenance.
• With a Raycus laser source, industrial-grade chiller, digital proportional valves (SMC, Japan), solenoid valves, and integrated nesting software, it delivers unmatched cutting efficiency.
• Customizable Options – Laser power, sources, and components can be tailored to meet specific client requirements.

• Specially designed for cutting round and square pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, silicon steel, brass, red copper, and other metal pipes (material type and pipe thickness depend on the selected laser source).
